Tickets for graduation will be distributed on May 30th upon return from UOP practice.  You MUST have your ID with you in order to pick them up.  Each graduate will receive 10 tickets.  We are not responsible for lost tickets, and you will NOT be given more if you lose them.

On your ticket envelope you will find your seat for graduation.  Please take a picture or memorize it.  That will be your assigned seat at graduation.  We will be using these seats for the practice and ceremony.

Tickets will be checked at the door to the Spanos Center.  Each guest attending graduation MUST have a ticket.  This includes babies and toddlers who sit in an adult’s lap.  This is not our rule; it is the fire department’s rule.

Permission slips for graduation practice were distributed during Student Success on Wednesday, May 21st. If you are an early grad, or were not present, you can be pick one up at Counseling or at the front desk.  ALL permission slips are due by TUESDAY, MAY 28TH AT 3:30PM.

 A few reminders….

1. Practice #1 will be Thursday, May 29 at 8:30 AM.  Please go to the cafeteria and please be prompt.  Mr. Gould will be there for you to turn in your Chromebooks.  Please be sure to have it with you.  Don’t forget the charger.
2. Practice #2 will be Friday, May 30 at 8:30 AM.  Please go to the cafeteria and please be prompt.  We will provide bus transportation to UOP for practice.
3. You MUST be present at both practices to participate in the ceremony.  If you miss either practice for any reason, you will not be in the ceremony. 
4. Graduation is on Friday, May 30 at 7:00 PM at the UOP Spanos Center.  Transportation WILL NOT be provided by the school.  Graduates are to arrive by 5:30 PM with their caps and gowns.

A few more reminders….

1. Caps and Gowns CANNOT  be decorated.  This is Lodi USD Policy.
2. Only authorized stoles and cords may be worn. These include stoles earned for academic accomplishments and/or participation in school related activities. 
3. Leis, including leis made out of candy and money, may not be worn during the ceremony. You can wear them after the ceremony.
4. Please do not bring anything with you onto the floor for graduation.  If you drive to the Spanos Center, put your keys in your pocket.  Your hands MUST be empty.
5. NO balloons or noise makers are allowed into the Spanos Center.  Large posters or signs are also not allowed.  This is UOP policy.
6. Doors for graduation open at 6:00 and close at 7:30.  EVERYONE who will be in attendance (except the graduate) MUST have their ticket in order to enter the Spanos Center (see above).
7. Your diploma covers will include the information for diploma pick up, which will be Wednesday and Thursday, June 4 and 5 from 12:30-2:30 in the main office.
8. If you are borrowing a cap and gown from Achievers, there will be a table for you to return it.  You will be able to get you diploma when you return it.
