The Eagle Way
The McNair Girls Basketball Program is committed to building and sustaining a culture of values and codes. This program plays an essential role in teaching our student-athletes to conduct themselves with honesty and integrity, to strive for excellence, persevere through adversity, and to compete with dignity and pride. All while developing a commitment to teamwork and service to our High School and community. We will establish and sustain the level of excellence that provides the opportunity and encouragement for each student-athlete to reach her full potential. McNair Basketball aims to produce athletes who strive for excellence, both in the classroom and on the courts and by doing so are a reflection of the values of this institution and community.
