WHERE TO START

All students who would like to participate in a sport must register on our new site.

Please be sure to follow these steps to complete your registration and ensure that your student is registered for athletic participation:

1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family). you can create your account by clicking on the link:

2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account, from the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).

3. Once you have successfully created your account and are logged in, please click on the link below to complete your registration:

You can also find our homepage by logging into your Arbiter Registration account, and using the search bar located on your dashboard. Search: Ronald E. McNair

4. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification to let you know we have received your registration. Students MUST be registered and cleared to be eligible for participation.

Parent information, signatures, insurance, and a current sport physical must be completed on this site. No paper forms will be taken. ALL sport physicals must be dated after 5/1/2024.

All students will need insurance. If you do not have insurance you can purchase it at https://www.peinsurance.com/signup/ or call 800-722-3365.

Transfer Information

REQUIREMENT

Any student-athlete who has attended a high school other than McNair must complete the transfer portion on the Athletic Clearance website during registration of your student. CIF Sac-Joaquin Section office must clear you prior to participation in an athletic contest.

Failure to do so can result in ineligibility for the student-athlete and possible forfeitures and sanctions for specific teams and the Athletic Department.

Transfer Eligibility

The most efficient method of communication with the CIF on eligibility questions is through the student-athlete’s athletic director or principal. Parents/guardians/caregivers calling the CIF on eligibility matters can create unnecessary delay. Coaches and parents must work with their school's ADs or principals to help determine a student-athlete’s eligibility.

All transfer students must submit transfer eligibility paperwork and be approved by the Section office BEFORE competing. No paperwork is required for incoming freshmen. The Parent Form is the first start of the transfer process and can be found during the registration on https://www.homecampus.com/
