McNair High:

This morning, it was reported that a student may have made a safety threat against the school. The school was placed on a short lockdown as we investigated the concern. After it was determined that it was safe to do so, the lockdown was lifted.

All students and staff are safe, and class instruction is continuing as usual. There will be increased police presence on campus the rest of the day, as a precaution.

If you or your child have a safety concern, please report it anonymously to the Say Something Anonymous Reporting system, law enforcement, or school administration.

The school is on lockdown as we investigate a potential safety concern. All students and staff are safe. We will provide an update to our school community as soon as possible.
