Campus Flooding Updates

On the evening of Sunday, August 3, 2025 a water main burst on our campus and caused the campus to flood. Due to the extent of the water damage, and the subsequent repairs that need to follow, we will be moving our instruction to remote learning through the week (August 4-August 8) with the goal to return to campus on Monday, August 11.

Lodi USD teams have been working all day and will continue to work around the clock to address the situation and repair damages, but there is a long list of steps that go into those repairs. This list includes, but is not limited to, drying out the facility, removing baseboards, dehumidifying the space, assessing damage to tiles and materials within flood areas, restoring fire sprinkler systems, and various environmental and additional assessments to ensure the safety of our staff and students.

Please see below for frequently asked questions and progress updates that will help you navigate this week. We will also send daily updates on restoration progress to family emails.
